nice swimming pools spacious apartment clean apartment marijuana smoking expensive markets isolated location
the pools were very nice. the apartment was spacious and clean. access to other villas was available.
I couldn't go outside on the balcony due to the marijuana smoking. It was awful. the hotel was very isolated for walking. the markets were also very expensive.

spacious layout breakfast range friendly staff
the room had a lovely spacious layout. the breakfast buffet provided a fantastic range of options each morning. the staff were friendly. i felt very welcome every day! the water slides at the resort were fun!
i found only one minor issue! the poolside service was occasionally slow during peak hours.

really good family stay
great pools tasty food friendly staff
The resort has great areas for children, especially the variety of pools. the buffet included tasty food. There was always a lot of variety. staff were friendly, and our apartment had a great size, important for family.
I found that some facilities advertised were not operational. For example, the games room was closed.

The room was good. I had a separate bedroom. a kitchenette was included. the breakfast across the street was very good!!!
the wifi wasn't working properly. i wanted an updated room. the lift was not working for three days.

a very charmed stay
extensive grounds dinner buffet short walk massive balcony
I was surprised by the extensive grounds. All areas were accessible no matter where my room was. the dinner buffet offered a diverse selection each night and the food was tasty. access to the beach was a short walk. Its super lovely to be there. my spacious apartment had a massive balcony. I enjoyed this feature a lot.
There were no lifeguards at the pools. This feels a bit concerning, especially since many families were there with small children. i wish there were more staff around the main pool for safety reasons.

The apartment had air conditioning. This was essential. the beds were very comfortable. I slept well. a large balcony provided ample outdoor space. Its where i drank my coffee every day.

The restaurant staff were kind and helpful. I always felt welcomed. the entertainment team were amazing. My kids loved the activities. reception staff were attentive. Check-in was quick and easy.

amazing family vacation!!!
excellent balcony helpful staff good choice
the room was very spacious for my family. we had excellent balcony space with a view of the pool area. the staff were nice, polite and helpful, providing good information about local activities. the breakfast buffet had a good choice of options and was well replenished.
i found it difficult to locate the reception initially. i looked for almost an hour and there wasn't clear signage. this was frustrating.

the staff at the reception were always helpful and available to answer questions and assist with requests. i saw staff promptly addressing guest inquiries and providing directions. the bar staff were quick to serve, and the cleaning staff maintained a high standard.
